I know it's some time away but once you know your plans please take a moment to update the info in the usual place. To do so:

1. Go to docs.google.com

2. Sign in using Email: scottishnisc@hotmail.com, Password: Sweden58

3. Click on the relevant spreadsheet and fill in as appropriate. All updates are saved automatically.

The information will then be forwarded to interested parties upon request. It will also help prospective travelers to co-ordinate plans with those who have already booked.

Please bear in mind that your info will most likely be forwarded to the AONISC as well any interested law enforcement. It makes things easier for me if the info provided is spelt and capitalised to an acceptable standard.

If any further info is required in due course I'll get in touch.
